Tina Sumler joined Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits in October of 2020 as an accountant for shared financial services. Tina has a master’s in business administration, experience in grant management and owning her own business. Her accounting career began with tax preparation at local public accounting firms and later expanded to nonprofit, private and higher education. Throughout her career, she has gained valuable experience and training in grant accounting and management. Her experience includes working with several federal agencies such as the U.S. Department of Health and Human Sciences (HHS), the U.S. Department of Education (ED), the Department of Energy (DOE), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the National Science Foundation (NSF), and the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOTD), as well as various state and local agencies.
In her free time she enjoys touring the Oklahoma City metro with her husband and their five children, as they recently relocated to Norman from Louisiana.
