Kimberly Leveridge, PhD, joined the Center in June 2017. With a resume that ranges from operations to consulting to academia, Kim is an exceptional authority on organizational leadership and effectiveness and brings a unique perspective on adult learning and individual differences in organizations. Her career includes management of consulting and hospitality companies, business development and human resources experience, and a comprehensive education and research background. In addition to co-founding CDR Assessment Group, Inc., her career includes leadership, analytics, and consulting roles at NORDAM, Williams Companies, and University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma. Dr. Leveridge has an extensive CV of scholarly articles and research presentations at industry conferences and has consulted across nearly all sectors. She received her B.A. in Organizational Communication from the University of Oklahoma and her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa.
