Designed for Executive Directors and CEO’s of nonprofits. This six-month series includes confidential, monthly meetings based on peer group learning experiences and will include continuing education opportunities and trainings based on what the participants identify as a need. In addition to the monthly meetings, each participant receives three coaching sessions with an Executive Coach to continue to develop their personal leadership style and set strategies for their organization.
