Kitchen Manager for Christian special needs school and child care preparing meals and snacks for up to 65 children within the CACFP federal food program guidelines and occasional meal prep for nonprofit small events. Manage menus, inventory, purchasing and monthly reporting.
Must be at least 18 years of age. Should have meal prep and inventory experience. Must be able to complete Kitchen Manager certification.
As a Christian school and organization a statement of faith and testimony are required. Fingerprint background check is required as a DHS licensed childcare. Completion of Kitchen Manager Certification will be required and can be done after hire. Training in CACFP guidelines will be required after hire.
