Position Description:

The Bilingual Patient Navigator assists the Care Connection referral program by contacting patients by phone/text regarding appointments, documents, and charitable care applications.
Assist with CPT coding, scanning, patient documentation.

Position Qualifications:

High school graduate or GED plus medical training in a formal setting, i.e. RN, LPN, Medical Assistant, or other medical training
Minimum 2 years work experience in a clinic setting.

Position Requirements:

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written, in English and Spanish.
Competent with computer (email, word, EMR usage helpful)
Must be able to work 8:30 am - 2:30 pm on Fridays, 1-6 pm on 3 other week days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday).
Dependable transportation, must be able to travel within Oklahoma County as needed (reimbursement at IRS approved rate). Proof of auto insurance.
Ability to maintain excellent customer relations and function within boundaries established by Supervisor and Organization.
Deliver quality work in an efficient and timely manner with a minimum of oversight.
